PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At the heart of our operational model is project management. The complexity of a project using hydrogen as an energy carrier requires a vertical approach capable of coordinating all the actorsd at every stage of the development process.
TENDERS AND INVITATION TO TENDERS
Green hydrogen technologies require adequate economic resources. Given the strategic importance of these technologies, local authorities and the European Union provide numerous grants for the development of green hydrogen mobility projects.
Thanks to our knowledge of national and international legislation, we assist clients in securing the necessary funds by managing the entire application process to obtain the resources a project needs.
ENGINEERING
In the first phase of our operational model, all the necessary design activities for the production, storage, and supply of hydrogen are carried out. The more accurate the design, the fewer difficulties there will be during construction.
PROCUREMENT
Once the design is complete, the second phase begins, dedicated to defining the technical specifications for purchasing the plant. Based on these, bids for the necessary supplies are requested and evaluated, and after aligning them, the procurement procedure is carried out.
CONSTRUCTION
With the supplies in hand, the construction site necessary for the project can be opened. In this phase, we coordinate and control the work and intervene to optimize processes and solve problems that may arise during construction (delays, changes during the project, and other similar issues).
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Once the construction phase is complete, the plant is tested and ready to be operational. After starting operations, we handle the plant’s day-to-day management and ensure that regular maintenance is performed.
